Rushing Wind

Come, like a rushing wind
From all four directions, come.
Saturate this place,
Fill the voids and gaps.
Come, like rushing wind
With a roar throughout the sky
Bringing good tidings and a sweet spirit.
Rush over waters and through the land
Causing a pentecost, bringing a revival.
Come, like a rushing wind
Lifting us from glory to glory
To greater heights and deeper depths.
Come, like a rushing wind
Clearing the path before us,
Leaving no more room for sin.
Moving mountains, and lifting curses;
Let the people sing their praises.
Come, like a rushing wind
With the fragrance of favor and smell of victory.
Come, like rushing wind
With red flames and blue flames;
A flame that purifies and another that consumes.
Come like a rushing wind
That fuels our belief while devouring our unbeliefs.
Come like a mighty rushing wind
Sent from heaven to revive us
With tongues and utterance.

Come.

Scripture Support: Acts 2:2-4 “And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.”

  1. Orane, nature makes any piece of literature so rich. It feels like a linen with the highest level of thread count. Forever soothing. Nature always brings out the MAJESTY of God. Love it 💓
